Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often.
Here you will find reference points on our expertise, the way we work, our engagement models and what happens after launch. If your question is not covered, get in touch.
What we do
Our engagements bring strategy, design and technology together around a single project.
What kinds of digital projects do you take on?
We design web and transactional platforms, commerce environments, client portals, custom business applications, mobile applications and integrations between systems. Every engagement is framed around the context, teams and systems already in place.
Can you work on strategy alone?
Yes. An engagement can stop at framing: clarifying objectives, information architecture, journeys, dependencies and direction before committing to delivery.
Do you work on existing platforms?
Yes. We work on platforms still to be built as well as existing environments to modernize, connect to other systems or evolve without interrupting operations.
How do I know which expertise fits my need?
The Solutions page presents our expertise and the types of digital environments we structure. If the need is still open, a first conversation usually helps frame it.
How a project begins
A complex project benefits from starting with shared understanding rather than a technology choice.
How does an engagement start?
With an understanding of the context: the friction to resolve, the ambition, the operations involved and the systems already in use. That framing comes before design and technology decisions.
Do we need a complete specification before contacting you?
No. A need can still be taking shape. Part of our work is precisely to structure scope, priorities and dependencies.
How are scope and timeline set?
They depend on the need, the systems involved and the decisions still to be made. They are defined with you during framing, then tracked through visible milestones and priorities.
What does a project cost?
It depends on scope, the engagement model chosen and the level of evolution expected after launch. We do not apply a single rate card: estimates are prepared from your context.
How we work together
The engagement model is chosen around your context, not an imposed formula.
Which engagement models do you offer?
Three main frameworks: a custom project for a defined scope, a dedicated team for ongoing needs and a fixed package for a focused intervention within an established scope.
How are our internal teams involved?
Decisions, validations and trade-offs are made with your teams. We document choices so priorities stay visible and knowledge does not depend on one person.
Do you work with our existing partners or vendors?
Yes. Many engagements involve working with systems, providers and constraints already in place. Responsibilities are clarified at the start of the collaboration.
Technology and integrations
Technology choices come after the exchange and the constraints are understood.
How do you choose technologies?
From the described need, the known constraints and your teams’ ability to sustain the solution. Familiarity with a tool is not sufficient on its own.
Can you connect our existing systems?
Yes. We work on integrations between platforms, ERP, CRM and internal tools, starting by clarifying flows, responsibilities and edge cases.
Do we own the delivered platform?
Ownership, hosting and access arrangements are defined in the contractual framework of each engagement, before work begins.
After going live
Launch is not the end of the engagement.
Do you support the platform after launch?
Yes. We support quality, priority improvements, risk anticipation and the evolution of the environment within the framework agreed with you.
What happens if our needs change?
Priorities are reviewed with you. Changes are introduced in verifiable steps so that what already works is preserved.
