This policy sets out what personal information Nuevamed collects, what it is used for, and the rights available to you. It applies to nuevamed.com and to the exchanges that follow from it.
Nuevamed is a digital development agency based in Quebec. Our offices are at 1155 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, Suite 2500, Montreal, Quebec H3B 2K4, and 585 Charest Boulevard East, Quebec City, Quebec G1K 3J2.

Under the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25, Reda, Chief Technology Officer, serves as Nuevamed's privacy officer.
Any question, access or correction request, or complaint regarding this policy can be sent to contact@nuevamed.com.
The site has no user account and no client portal. We only collect the information you choose to send us.
When you submit a form, your information is sent encrypted through the site’s server and then stored in our request management system.
To protect the site against abuse, your IP address is used temporarily to limit the number of submissions. It is not stored with your requests and is not used to identify you.

Nuevamed uses no advertising cookies, no analytics tools, and no third-party trackers on this site. We do not follow your browsing and we build no profile.

By checking a form’s consent box, or by writing to us, you consent to our using your information for the purposes above. That consent is free and informed, and you may withdraw it at any time.
Newsletter sign-up is a separate consent. Every send carries an unsubscribe link, and withdrawing it does not affect our other exchanges.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may, however, disclose information where the law requires it or to assert our rights.
Please do not share sensitive information through the assistant.
Your information is only shared with the providers needed to run the site, who are bound by confidentiality and may not use it for their own purposes:
Some of these providers, including Vercel, OpenAI and Cloudflare, process data outside Quebec, including in the United States. Before any personal information is communicated outside Quebec, we carry out the privacy impact assessment required by Law 25 and satisfy ourselves that the information will receive adequate protection.
Requests we receive are kept for 24 months after our last exchange, then destroyed.
Information tied to an active engagement or to a legal, accounting, or contractual obligation is kept for as long as that obligation lasts.
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
We apply reasonable measures to protect the information we hold: access limited to those who need it, protected accounts, encrypted communications, and periodic review of our practices.
No system is infallible. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, as the law requires.
