PrestaShop, held together by your selling rules.

We design, develop, integrate and evolve PrestaShop stores for organizations that manage a real catalogue, specific pricing rules and operations that are already tooled.

PrestaShopCommerce platform

What we do

Design, develop, integrate, evolve.

We work across the full life of the platform, from initial framing to the changes that follow the launch.

Design

Content architecture, templates and administration paths defined with the teams who will work in them every day.

Development

Custom theme, modules and extensions, versioned code, separate environments and review before every release.

Integration

Connection to the systems already in place: data, accounts, marketing tools and business applications.

Evolution

Adjustments, new sections and technical upgrades planned with you, without rebuilding the platform.

Your concerns

The questions an organization asks before choosing.

Our catalogue is complex. Will the platform keep up?
Variants, attributes, selling units and groupings can all be modelled in PrestaShop. The question is not the number of references but how the catalogue is structured in the first place: that is what holds over time.
Can we apply our per-customer pricing rules?
Customer groups, specific prices and conditional discounts are part of the core. Rules that fall outside the standard are handled by modules built for your context, not by workarounds in the back office.
How does our ERP connect?
Through PrestaShop webservices or a dedicated exchange module, depending on what your ERP exposes. We first define the master data on each side, then the direction and frequency of exchanges.
What happens to our existing modules during an upgrade?
Every module is inventoried and assessed: kept, replaced or rewritten. Upgrades are prepared on a separate environment, never directly in production.

In practice

The catalogue and the rules before the styling.

A store holds together through its data model and its selling rules. Everything else can be redone; those two layers, far less easily.

  1. Catalogue model

Families, attributes, variants and units defined with product teams before any mockup.

  2. Selling rules

Customer groups, prices, discounts and delivery conditions translated into explicit rules.

  3. Buying path

Cart, accounts and checkout adapted to your selling modes, including recurring orders.

  4. Exchanges

Products, stock, orders and customers synchronized with the systems that own them.

What we frame first

Master data
Which system is authoritative for product, price, stock and customer.
Direction
What flows down to the store, what flows back to the ERP.
Frequency
Real time, scheduled or event-driven, depending on the data.
Recovery
What happens when an exchange fails, and who is told about it.
Four decisions taken before development, because everything else depends on them.

Integrations

A platform connected to what you already use.

We start from your existing systems and the interfaces they expose. The exact scope is defined during framing: it depends on each system, not on the technology alone.

Data and accounts

  • Directory and authentication
  • User accounts
  • Internal databases
  • Internal APIs

Marketing and content

  • Email tools
  • Campaign management
  • Translation and multilingual
  • Media library

Business applications

  • CRM
  • ERP
  • Forms and requests
  • Customer service tools

  • Accessibility

The right fit?

What tips the decision towards PrestaShop.

PrestaShop is a self-hosted commerce platform. That gives freedom over the selling model and brings an operational responsibility.

Decision criteria

  • Control of hostingYou keep control of the environment, the data and the infrastructure choices.
  • Specific selling rulesGroup pricing, special conditions and ordering modes that fall outside the standard.
  • Structured catalogueMany variants and attributes, managed by internal product teams.
  • MultistoreSeveral markets or brands in one environment, with a shared or separate catalogue.
  • Licence costNo fee tied to sales volume, which changes the equation over time.

Counterparts to accept

  • Operations on your sideHosting, security and updates sit with your organization or your provider.
  • Module qualityThe ecosystem is wide and uneven. We assess every module before integrating it.
  • Major upgradesSignificant version changes require real preparation, budgeted from the start.
  • PerformanceA large catalogue requires indexing and caching work, not just a bigger server.

If the analysis shows another foundation serves your need better, we say so and point you to the right option.

Operations

What keeps the platform steady after launch.

Operations are not a contract separate from the project: they are prepared during design and continue at the pace you choose.

Environments

Separate development, staging and production, with the same deployment path every time.

Updates

Dependencies and versions tracked and tested before they are applied.

Security

Access management, logging and fixes applied according to their severity.

Backups and recovery

Verified backups and a documented restore procedure.

Monitoring

Availability, errors and response times watched, with a regular review.

Handover

Documentation and code handed to your organization, with no imposed dependency.

Use cases

What it actually looks like.

Three contexts where this approach changes daily life for teams. The interfaces shown are mockups made by our team to illustrate the point, not client projects.

B2B selling

Prices per customer account

Negotiated conditions applied automatically based on the signed-in account.

Extended catalogue

Many variants, kept in order

A structured product repository, fed from the system that owns it.

Multi-market

Several stores, one back office

Distinct markets managed in one environment, each with its own rules.

Your project

Let’s talk about your next platform.

Share your objectives, technology environment, and constraints, and we will explore how to integrate the platform into your organization.

  • A precise need or one still to define
  • Architecture discussed before technology
  • Collaboration with internal teams
